George Feldenkreis

George Feldenkreis, chairman and CEO, is the visionary who leads Perry Ellis International. Born in 1935 in Havana, Cuba, to Polish immigrants, Feldenkreis moved to Miami in the 1960s and founded Supreme International, a company known for manufacturing school uniforms and guayaberas, a 4-pocket tropical-inspired shirt. Supreme International went public in 1993 and became Perry Ellis International with the acquisition of the well-known fashion line in 1999.

Feldenkreis founded the Universal National Bank of Miami and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for both the Jewish Federation and the University of Miami. He also supports numerous health and social organizations in the Miami community. Feldenkreis received the Lincoln-Marti award for his role in the Cuban Refugee Program and has also been honored with the "David Ben-Gurion" award.
Oscar Feldenkreis

Oscar Feldenkreis, president and COO, grew up inspired by his father's entrepreneurial vision and today is second in command of one of the leading companies in men's apparel. In 1980, he joined what was then Supreme International, expanding the company's scope beyond private-label distribution. Feldenkreis introduced the company's first major brand, Natural Issue, and before long the company became a leading manufacturer, distributor, and marketer of branded men's sportswear.

As President and COO of Perry Ellis International, Feldenkreis has broadened the company's portfolio, increased brand awareness and created in-store brand presence across all levels of retail distribution, backed by a major designer label.He is involved in numerous local and national civic causes, including the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, the National Epilepsy Foundation and the United Way.

Fanny Hanono was elected secretary - treasurer in September 1990, and additionally, has been employed to perform services for Perry Ellis International in the areas of human resources and accounts payable since April 2003. From September 1988 to August 1990, Mrs. Hanono served as Perry Ellis International's assistant secretary and assistant treasurer.

Thomas D’Ambrosio, interim Chief Financial Officer, has been the Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of Perry Ellis since June 2005. Through out his successful career in financial functions, he has served as Vice President of Finance at Office Depot and Divisional Controller of Blockbuster.

Steve Harriman was promoted to president of the Perry Ellis International bottoms division in February 2005. Harriman has led Perry Ellis International’s bottoms business for more than a decade and has achieved consistent top line growth and profitability. He oversees all product development, design, sales and sourcing for bottoms.

Paul Rosengard jonied Perry Ellis as president in August 2005. Prior to this position, Rosengard served as a key executive at Randa Corp. since 1987, most recently as executive vice president. He directed global sales, marketing and merchandising efforts, including product development, product launches, fixturing and packaging.

Cory Shade, Senior Vice President and General Counsel, has nearly twenty years legal experience.  Ms. Shade’s prior experience includes serving as general counsel of Firstcom Corporation (merged into AT&T Latin America) and as corporate attorney with the law firms Steel, Hector & Davis LLP (now known as Squire, Saunders & Dempsey LLP) and Kilpatric Stockton LLP.

Ms. Shade serves, or has served, on numerous boards of for-profit and not-for-profit organizations including, but not limited to, the Student Loan Marketing Association (also known as Sallie Mae), the National Association of Corporate Directors, South Florida Chapter, the Advisory Board of Northridge Hospital, a Tenet Healthcare facility, member and Vice-Chair of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs, and Chair, Diversity Advisory Council, Broward County, Florida.
